Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Products should be packaged carefully to help prevent damage during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

• Personalised or customised products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items where applicable
• Products damaged through misuse

Applicable statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and relevant information.
